‘EVERY SECRET THING’ Feels Like The Sinister ‘GONE GIRL’ We Wanted

Here at Fresh Fiction we love a good book, but we especially love when that book finds its way from paper and ink to the big screen. This May, Laura Lippman’s 2011 novel, EVERY SECRET THING, hits the theaters with the star power of Elizabeth Banks, Dakota Fanning, and “Academy Award” winner Common.

Before GONE GIRL, Laura Lippman wrote a troubling story of children disappearing and how it affects three families who are already dealing with so much. Heart-wrenching and suspenseful, the book needed just the right touch to bring it to life. Director Amy Berg (WEST OF MEMPHIS) marks her feature film debut with EVERY SECRET THING, which hits theaters on Friday, May 15th.
