Much like the rest of you, BLACK MIRROR is one of my current favorite “shows.” The sci-fi-tinged series (now streaming on Netflix Instant) blends real world resonance with an alt reality. Like a modern day THE TWILIGHT ZONE, they come up with some insanely scary stuff. Writer-Director James Ponsoldt’s latest, THE CIRCLE, looks like it could’ve easily been one of those episodes (and I mean this as a compliment). Take a look at the insanely well-done trailer and you’ll see why this film will rank your must see lists of 2017.

Here’s the official synopsis:

Based on the international best-seller by Dave Eggers, The Circle is a thrilling modern morality tale starring Emma Watson, Tom Hanks, and John Boyega. As she rises through the ranks of the world’s largest tech and social media company, The Circle, Mae (Watson) is encouraged by company founder Eamon Bailey (Hanks) to live her life with complete transparency. But no one is really safe when everyone is watching.

You guys, I’m super into this and I’m betting you are now too!

THE CIRCLE opens on April 28.
