Twin Shadow Casts His Forthcoming Tour On ‘THE LATE LATE SHOW’

Preston Barta // Features Editor

If you saw John Green’s film adaptation of PAPER TOWNS last weekend (our review here), you might remember that infectious song that played during the film’s credits titled “To the Top.” Well, his name is George Lewis Jr., but you may know him (or, will know and soon not forget) as Twin Shadow.

Twin Shadow performed his hit track on THE LATE LATE SHOW with James Corden last night, and his performance was nothing shy of kinetic. You can watch the video below, as you (should) gear up for his forthcoming tour, Night Rally Tour (dates are listed below). The tour will kick off in support of his recent album Eclipse (where “To the Top” is on) on August 21st in Portland, OR, and crisscross the U.S. and Canada through mid-October. Tickets are on sale at www.twinshadow.net/live.

Preston Barta

I have been working as a film journalist since 2010, dividing the first four years between radio broadcasting and entertainment writing in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. In 2014, I entered Fresh Fiction (FreshFiction.tv) as the features editor. The following year, I stepped into the film critic position at the Denton Record-Chronicle, a daily North Texas print publication. My time is dedicated to writing theatrical film reviews, at-home entertainment columns, and conducting interviews with on-screen talent and filmmakers, as well as hosting a podcast devoted to genre filmmaking (called My Bloody Podcast). I've been married for ten happy years, and I have one son who is all about dinosaurs just like his dad.
