Will Ferrell and Marky Mark Wahlberg make for a funny pair. After audiences fell over in fits of hysterical laughter in THE OTHER GUYS (who could forget all this?!), the dynamic duo reunite for DADDY’S HOME. Again, Ferrell plays the straight-laced dude, a step-father, who’s got something to prove when pit against the bad-ass hard-nosed hottie ex-hubbie (Wahlberg). Take a look.
While it might have been far more interesting if they switched up their roles, with Wahlberg playing the conservative guy and Ferrell playing the freeloader, I still can’t help but find this film’s premise funny.
DADDY’S HOME opens on December 25.
