TV: ‘Outlander’ Back in April for Second Season

At today’s Television Critics Association winter press tour we learned a bit more about what to expect in the second season of Starz fan-favorite series OUTLANDER. We know that Jaime (Sam Heughan) is reeling from the aftermath of his brutal sexual assault at the end of season one, but as this season progresses Jaime and Claire (Caitriona Balfe) find themselves on a journey to Paris and Claire also finds herself back in 1948 at one point.

The lovers are pulled toward and away from each other — it wouldn’t be a time travel show without time travel — which makes for a great show, but it can also be incredibly rough on viewers. While we wait for the official April premiere date for season two to be announced, take a look at this behind the scenes video from production.
