INDEPENDENCE DAY is having the best day ever. Not only did they drop this new commercial for the highly anticipated sequel, INDEPENDENCE DAY: RESURGENCE, during the big game, they also earned a shout out in a Bud Light ad. Also, star Jeff Goldblum made an appearance in another ad, for apartments.com. So basically the cross-promotion is everywhere, people!
Here’s the official synopsis:
We always knew they were coming back. After INDEPENDENCE DAY redefined the event movie genre, the next epic chapter delivers global spectacle on an unimaginable scale.
