Pixar has been making us grown ups weep like babies for over 20 years years now. Not only do they always find a way to creatively ask, “What if…,” but a vast majority of their films tend to celebrate unlikely friendships, which as some of you know, are my favorite cinematic sub-genre. We’ve seen everything from a humble cowboy befriending a narcissistic spaceman (TOY STORY), to a tenacious rat befriending a chef (RATATOUILLE), to a gregarious boy scout befriending an cranky old man (UP). This is all has been building towards the special relationship of Arlo, a dino, and Spot, a cave-boy in THE GOOD DINOSAUR. Take a look at the new featurette below as the studio looks back on their legacy.

THE GOOD DINOSAUR opens on November 25.
