2015 TCA Awards Host, James Corden, getting the show started!

Historically the TCA Awards kick off the TV award season, and this summer’s round promises to be one of the most challenging and exciting in recent memory. The private event honors the best of the best (according to us opinionated critics) in television and celebrates modern and iconic shows. On Saturday, August 6th actors, producers, and critics rub elbows for an evening as we await the big reveals.

But, first we need to know what we’re getting ourselves into. Yesterday, the Television Critics Association announced the final list of nominations for the 2015-2016 season, and there were many standouts and a few surprises.
